Halloween Treat

I haven't done any Rumble Fighter fanart in a long time, so I thought it'd be a good opportunity
to do so when OGPlanet was holding a loading screen art contest. :3
This isn't actually the piece I submitted, (Since the original piece is cropped with a background and stuff)
But I like how creepy the character turned out, so I thought I'd put the full body shot here. :u
